How It Works
How does mobile dog grooming work?
We drive our fully equipped grooming van to your home, condo building, or workplace. Your dog gets a private one-on-one grooming session in the van — no other dogs, no waiting room, no kennel. We do everything in the van and hand your dog back to you clean, fresh, and happy.
What's included in your grooming van?
Our vans are equipped with a stainless steel grooming tub with warm water, a height-adjustable grooming table, a high-velocity professional dryer, a forced-air dryer, all professional grooming tools, and premium shampoos and conditioners. Everything a full-service salon has — just parked in your driveway.
Do I need to be home during the grooming appointment?
You don't need to be home the entire time, but we do ask that someone is available to hand off and receive your dog at the start and end of the appointment. We'll text you when we're 10 minutes away.
How long does a grooming appointment take?
A full groom typically takes 2 to 3 hours depending on your dog's size, coat condition, and the services requested. A bath and brush is usually 1 to 2 hours. A nail trim alone takes about 20 to 30 minutes.

Our pricing depends on your dog's size, breed, coat condition, and the services you choose. We give you an exact price when you call or submit a request — before booking, with no surprises. Contact us for a free quote.
How do I book an appointment?
Call us, fill out the form on our website, or text us. We respond within 1 business hour with pricing and available time slots. Appointments fill up quickly, especially on weekends, so we recommend booking at least a week ahead.
Do you take walk-in appointments?
We're a scheduled service — all appointments are booked in advance. Call us and we'll find the soonest available slot. Our booking calendar is usually 1 to 2 weeks out.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept cash, credit and debit cards, Venmo, and Zelle. Payment is collected at the end of the appointment.
Dogs & Breeds
Do you groom all dog breeds?
Yes. We groom dogs of all breeds and sizes, from tiny Chihuahuas to large Golden Retrievers, Huskies, and Bernese Mountain Dogs. We have experience with breed-specific styling for Poodles, Schnauzers, Yorkies, Shih Tzus, Doodles, and more.
Can you groom my anxious or reactive dog?
Yes, and this is one of the biggest benefits of mobile grooming. Anxious dogs do much better without the chaotic environment of a busy salon. In our van, your dog gets one-on-one attention with no other dogs or strangers present. We use Fear Free handling techniques and work at your dog's pace.
Do you groom puppies?
Absolutely. We recommend starting grooming as early as possible — puppy grooms help your dog get comfortable with the grooming process before they're older. We're patient and gentle with first-timers.
My dog has health issues. Can you still groom them?
For dogs with significant health conditions, we recommend getting clearance from your vet first. We're experienced with senior dogs, dogs with joint issues, and dogs on medications. Just let us know when you book so we can plan accordingly.

What areas of Miami do you serve?
We serve all of Miami-Dade County, including Coral Gables, Coconut Grove, Brickell, Miami Beach, Aventura, Pinecrest, Kendall, Hialeah, Doral, North Miami, South Miami, Miami Lakes, Surfside, Homestead, and more.
Do you come to condos and apartment buildings?
Yes. Many of our clients live in high-rise condos in Brickell, Miami Beach, and Aventura. We're familiar with building parking decks and lobby protocols. We'll need a parking space or a spot to pull up to.
Is there a travel fee?
For most of Miami-Dade County, there's no additional travel fee. For areas at the edges of our service zone (such as Homestead or far western Miami-Dade), there may be a small fuel surcharge. We'll let you know upfront.
